Apartment for 5 people in the attic
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a connecting corridor and sanitary facilities. Rooms and sanitary facilities in the attic are accessible via the upstairs kitchenette via longer and narrow stairs.
The kitchenette (12 m2) of the apartment is located on the first floor and is equipped with a dining table with five chairs, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, pots and other small kitchen equipment.
The first bedroom (12 m2) is equipped with one double bed (200x180 cm) with bedside tables, wardrobe and locker for laundry and trifles. The window in the shield is westwards into the garden.
The second bedroom (16 m2) has three single beds (200x90 cm), a table with three chairs, a wardrobe and a locker for laundry and trifles. The window is east towards the pond.
For the apartment there is a sanitary facility (3 m2) accessible from the corridor (6 m2) connecting the two bedrooms. It is equipped with a toilet, a small sink and a shower.
The floor of the apartment is wooden. The apartment is not centrally heated and is therefore rented in the heating period only by agreement (possibility of renting direct heaters).
Please note: there is a lower ceiling in the attic!
